About Our YTTC Program
At Himalayan Babaji Retreats, our Bali-based Yoga Teacher Training Course offers you an immersive journey into the heart of yoga. Through this program, you’ll deepen your practice and gain the skills, confidence, and certification needed to teach yoga consciously.
Our Teaching Philosophy
We draw on traditional yogic lineages, blending **Hatha**, **Kriya**, and principles from the Bihar School of Yoga, along with modern anatomy and alignment methods. Our approach remains open, accessible, and authentic.
Available Training Levels
- 100-Hour YTTC: Core foundation for new practitioners. Covers multi-style yoga, physiology, self-study, and quiet time.
- 200-Hour YTTC: Deeper immersion into asanas, pranayama, mantra, meditation, philosophy, and methodology.
- 300-Hour YTTC: Advanced exploration including satkarma, deeper study, and personal integration.
- 500-Hour YTTC: Comprehensive training for advanced teachers, combining all levels into one holistic program.
Key Components in the Curriculum
- Multi-style yoga classes (Hatha, Kriya, etc.)
- Pranayama, mantra chanting & yoga nidra
- Philosophy, Q&A, satsang
- Anatomy & physiology designed for yoga
- Self-study, silence time & reflective practice
- Teaching methodology & practicum (in higher hour levels)
Training Venue & Atmosphere
The training is hosted in the lush spiritual terrain of Bali, centered around Ubud. Quiet forests, rice terraces, and temple energy form the backdrop for your transformation.
Eligibility & Course Requirements
No prior teaching experience is required. A sincere intention, willingness to learn, and consistent practice are the foundations to fully engage with and benefit from this training.
