Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all programs, retreats, trainings, workshops, and services offered by Himalayan Babaji Retreats worldwide. By making a booking or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit or full payment (as specified) is required to confirm your booking.
• Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.
• All transaction fees, bank charges, or currency conversion costs are the participant’s responsibility.
• After sending payment, please email proof of transfer to confirm your seat.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Deposits and payments are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If you cancel at least 14 days before the start date, your payment may be credited toward another program within 12 months (subject to approval).
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival or “no-shows” will not receive credit or refund.
• If Himalayan Babaji Retreats cancels an event, you will receive a full refund of the paid amount, excluding any travel or visa expenses.

Participant Code of Conduct

• Respect teachers, staff, and fellow participants at all times.
• Follow class schedules and guidance from instructors.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude; avoid disruptive behavior.
• Use of alcohol, drugs, or smoking is strictly prohibited on retreat premises.
• Dress modestly and appropriately during sessions and communal activities.

Health, Liability & Safety

• You participate voluntarily and at your own risk in all activities organized by Himalayan Babaji Retreats.
• Please inform us in advance of any health conditions, injuries, or medications.
• We recommend consulting your physician before starting any yoga, detox, or physical program.
• We are not liable for injuries, loss, or damages incurred during participation.

Accommodation & Property Rules

• Participants must treat all retreat property and rooms with care. Damages due to negligence will be charged.
• Guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval from management.
• Meals and amenities are included only for registered participants.

Meals & Dietary Requirements

• Meals provided are vegetarian or sattvic unless stated otherwise.
• Please notify us of food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.
• Outside food or drinks are not allowed unless approved for health reasons.

Certification & Assessment (for Teacher Trainings)

• Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of attendance, assignments, and evaluation criteria.
• Failure to meet requirements may result in non-issuance of certification.

Intellectual Property

• All training materials, class notes, and digital resources remain the intellectual property of Himalayan Babaji Retreats.
• Recording (audio/video) or reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Himalayan Babaji Retreats, its teachers, staff, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in its programs.

Changes to Terms

Himalayan Babaji Retreats reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of booking shall be binding.
